Thomas McCabe, CPA

Tom serves as the Midwest (Chicago/St. Louis) lead for the firm’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice. He has over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, operations and strategy. He specializes in assessing viable strategic and financial options, stabilizing and turning around underperforming businesses and driving successful exits.

His areas of expertise include reviewing operations and margins, refocusing strategy, negotiating and renegotiating debt structuring, increasing cash flow and managing expenditures.

Pragmatic as an operator and strategic advisor, Tom works with executive teams, boards, investors, lenders and other parties to improve outcomes and deliver results. With extensive experience in both domestic and international public and private companies, Tom’s experience spans multiple industries: manufacturing, technology (hardware, software, biotech, social media, SaaS and ecommerce), wholesale/distribution, retail, construction and agriculture/wine.
