Wendy is a results-oriented accounting and finance consultant with 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500, portfolio, and startup companies. She has also guided due diligence teams in various industries, including technology (software, SaaS, electronics, and IT services), life sciences, business services, consumer products, energy and entertainment.
Wendy is a leader in Armanino's Financial Accounting and Advisory Services practice, focusing on technical accounting and financial transactions related to divestitures, IPO/SPAC readiness and integrations. She is also the co-leader of the firm’s IPO Services and SEC Reporting Managed Service offerings. Wendy has served as a trusted advisor and leader for many global complex accounting and reporting transaction client projects. She takes pride in coaching and developing finance and accounting professionals.
Before joining Armanino, Wendy served in various SEC reporting and technical accounting leadership positions for a major music company and several multibillion-dollar organizations, including computer and technology solutions, consumer packaged food and beverage, and oil and gas companies.
