Bio
With more than 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley in finance, operations and general management, Mike brings deep experience in ecommerce, payments, lending, fintech, SaaS and blockchain to his clients.
He has firsthand experience as a company founder and understands the challenges of startups and growth companies. Mike has worked in public companies and has been the CFO of multiple private-company startups. He started a company after the tech bust that helped middle-market companies self-insure their benefits, providing 25% savings in costs. He was also a founding member of the management team for PayPal Working Capital, which was incubated within PayPal and grew to $8 billion in loan originations in four countries in five years.
Mike received his B.S. in political science with honors from Stanford, and majored in finance and entrepreneurship at the Anderson School at UCLA, where he was selected to the Dean’s List.
