Jeff specializes in leveraging financial, operations and integrations expertise to improve success rates in turnarounds and workouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and integrations.
An invaluable resource to the C-suite, boards, investors and key decision-makers, Jeff consistently delivers organic and inorganic growth, cost reductions and management performance improvement, often within tumultuous market conditions. His experience includes working with publicly held and PE/private companies in the aerospace, distribution, consumer goods, transportation, retail and manufacturing sectors.
