Shandy is a partner in Armanino’s Consulting practice, where she leads Team Services for its AMF Media Group agency. She leads a powerful team that includes a network of 2,000-plus marketing and communication consulting experts and has a passion for building strategic solutions for corporate clients and connecting them with amazing marketing and communications contractors.
Growing up in Asia and traveling with her family, Shandy first experienced the exceptional customer service experience in the hospitality industry that inspired her career. Her professional journey began in the boutique hospitality industry, and she later became an entrepreneur building a contractor compliance and payroll company for tech firms. Shandy’s experience also includes executive recruiting, which sparked her newfound passion for marketing and communications. Today she works with some of the top names in technology.
Shandy graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management.
