Q. What was it that drew you to Armanino?

Working at Armanino is great because it offers the depth of resources of a larger firm with the feel of a tightknit team. This allows us to provide clients with a large breadth of expertise and a team of smart people who collaborate with each other.

Q. Without naming names, tell us about your favorite client and why you enjoyed working with them.

I enjoy working directly with business owners. I have the utmost respect for people who believe in their ideas and put their livelihood on the line to make their dreams come true. For me, it’s very rewarding to support those entrepreneurs who invest all their money into their business. I like helping them grow and knowing that I’m part of that success.

Q. Describe your work style.

I’m one of those hard workers who turns over every stone, covers all their bases and exhausts every possible option to help the client. I’m a determined person who always wants to find the best result for my clients.

Q. Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life?

My dad. He started his accounting firm on the day that I was born. As a business owner, he had to work late hours to provide for us. He was an example of hard work and determination. And somehow, he also managed to always be there for our sporting events and all the important moments.

Q. If you could pass on a nugget of wisdom to aspiring accountants or consultants, what would that be?

Push yourself. Get outside of your comfort zone and you will see great rewards. For example, going to business development meetings gives you an opportunity to connect with colleagues and discover new ways to grow as a professional.
