Mark leads Armanino’s fintech and Chicago-based risk assurance initiatives, with extensive experience in both the fintech and financial services sectors, Mark offers insights and services spanning compliance, internal audit and SOX services, operating across the three lines of defense. Mark supports strategic transformations, risk management, program implementation, governance, efficiency reviews, training creation, automation, and risk capability enhancement. Furthermore, he generates management insights and advises boards across various sized organizations. Mark frequently provides counsel to senior leaders on matters of risk, strategy, governance, and management, and frequently addresses business associations on these critical topics.
