Grant specializes in identifying and resolving complex accounting issues common to Colorado’s high-growth companies such as business combinations, debt and equity financings, revenue recognition and share-based compensation. His industry background covers the technology, life sciences and consumer products sectors.
Prior to joining Armanino, Grant was an audit senior manager in KPMG’s Denver and Boulder offices, where he served private and public high-growth companies, including assisting clients with initial public offerings, first-time audits, internal controls implementations and IT system upgrades.
Grant graduated from the University of Denver in 2009. A CPA, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
