Bio
Daniel is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professional with over 13 years of public accounting experience. Daniel provides transaction advisory services, including quality of earnings and net working capital analysis to companies across the business life cycle. Daniel has M&A experience in the consumer products, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, sports and financial services industries.
In addition to Daniel’s experience in M&A, he also has experience in fraud investigations, litigation support, and monitorships. Daniel has assisted with expert witness engagements in complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Armanino, Daniel was at Friedman LLP (merged with Marcum LLP), where he was a member of the transaction advisory services and forensic accounting practices. Daniel began his career at Deloitte in the audit and forensic accounting practices.
Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
