Bethany Estrada, JD/MBA

Bethany is a senior manager in the Real Estate practice. Before joining Armanino, she worked with Fortune 500 companies at two of the Big Four consulting firms, serving in Deloitte’s Corporate Real Estate and Transformation practice and in E&Y’s Construction and Real Estate Technology practice. She has worked with portfolios including retail, data center, commercial, residential and industrial properties and is experienced working with REITs, contractors, developers/operators and corporate stakeholders. She has provided real estate-specific services to clients in numerous industries, including technology, consumer/retail, healthcare and energy.

She obtained her JD/MBA from Pepperdine University and is currently working on her Masters of Corporate Real Estate at CoreNet Global.
