Prepare your business for California's SaaS sales tax changes.
Beginning January 1, 2027, California SB 122 will expand sales and use tax requirements for many software, SaaS and electronically delivered software transactions. Businesses have a limited window to review contracts, billing practices, tax collection processes and ERP systems before the new rules take effect.
Join Armanino's tax experts for a discussion on what these changes mean and how to prepare. We'll break down the legislation in plain language, highlight which organizations are most likely to be affected and discuss the steps you can take now to reduce risk and prepare for implementation.
Finance leaders, tax professionals, accounting teams or ERP administrators at businesses operating in California
