Todd Laurie is a Partner and Real Estate Industry Leader at Armanino, where he works with owner/operators, investors, investment sponsors, and real estate service providers to identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and outcomes across their organizations.

Todd brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling private real estate investment platforms, including co-founding and serving as Managing Partner of a real estate investment firm and holding senior executive and partner roles focused on capital formation, investor relations, and organizational growth across scaled, multi-asset portfolios. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to his work, shaped by firsthand experience navigating the operational, financial, and strategic challenges faced by real estate organizations.

This intimate understanding of the industry allows Todd to effectively look across Armanino’s full suite of services and align the right resources to each client’s specific needs. Having worked closely with high-net-worth investors, single- and multi-family offices, registered investment advisors, banks, and other financial service providers, Todd is able to serve as a connector and strategic partner across the broader real estate and financial ecosystem.
