Armanino is expanding its Human Capital Management and Workforce Management capabilities with the addition of the team from Sability, a longtime UKG consulting and implementation partner. The combination will provide organizations with support across a broader range of workforce and enterprise needs, including HCM strategy, UKG implementation, managed payroll services, ERP, CRM and CFO advisory.

With more than 30 years of experience, Sability serves more than 3,500 organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, retail and professional services. Its team of more than 100 consultants and managed services specialists brings deep expertise in HCM advisory, change management, global payroll, managed services and full-lifecycle UKG support. Rob Leonard, James Shryock and Kathy Kruse will become partners at Armanino while continuing to serve as primary contacts for existing clients.

The addition brings together two organizations with a shared, advisory-first approach to technology. By combining Sability’s HCM and WFM specialization with Armanino’s broader technology, financial and business advisory capabilities, the firms will help clients move beyond software implementation to address business outcomes, workforce transformation and the increasingly complex needs of the modern enterprise.

The combination also creates new opportunities beyond the UKG ecosystem. Sability recently formed a strategic partnership with Darwinbox, an AI-native HCM platform serving more than 1,000 global clients. As part of Armanino, the combined team will be positioned to support AI-driven HCM initiatives as Darwinbox expands across the United States and Canada.
