Requirements

What Client Support Does Armanino Need?

  • Our team needs access to all modules/components/clouds within the client’s Salesforce footprint. Ecosystem tools such as SFI/Vlocity, Mulesoft, Tableau and ISVs, are not in scope for the complimentary Health Check.
  • Armanino will spend 2-3 hours with the client’s Salesforce user group. This generally includes the client’s resources involved in the strategic and day-to-day use of the platform including the Salesforce admin, sales operations, the product owner and/or users on the business side in sales, service and marketing.

Upon Completion of the Health Check, You Will Receive:

  • A complete report of the health of your Salesforce organization with explanation of critical items that may need attention
  • Recommendation on how to address critical items and suggestions to improve the efficiency/ROI of the use of Salesforce
  • A high-level estimate of the delivery cost to implement the recommended actions including a cost-benefit analysis explaining the value of making recommended changes
