Vicky provides outsourced human resources services to clients across a range of industries, helping companies transform their approach to HR. She specializes in California wage and hour compliance and employee relations. Prior to joining Armanino, Vicky worked as an HR director at a midsize nonprofit organization.
Vicky earned her B.A. in political science, with a concentration in public law, from UC, San Diego, and her MBA with a concentration in HR management from Ashford University. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
