Summer specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and co-leads Armanino’s qualified plan assurance services. Her experience includes audits of plans with public company stock, including their 11-K filings, non-SEC defined contribution plan audits of 401(k) and 403(b) plans and defined benefit pension plan audits. Prior to joining Armanino, Summer was with a local accounting firm where she also provided forensic accounting services for legal proceedings and assisted clients in the preparation of financial statements, review of 5500 tax documents for employee benefit plans, and the filing of required HUD financial information, foreign currency translation and consolidation.
