Q&A

Q. What is it about accounting and consulting that first drew your interest?
It was definitely the opportunity to be a problem solver and create great outcomes for clients. I’m tasked with navigating critical situations and it’s exciting to provide solutions to big challenges.
Q. What do you predict the future will look like for clients in the industries you serve?

Our increasingly digital world means businesses are facing increasingly complex problems. Change is happening quickly, and organizations need to be able to adapt and prevent themselves from being left behind. I’m focused on future-proofing businesses by guiding them through digital transformation with a roadmap that helps with every step along the way. This gives them the confidence they need to approach business transitions and to prepare for complex change in the marketplace.

Q. Without naming names, tell us about your favorite client and why you enjoyed working with them.
My favorite clients are ones who create an atmosphere that encourages us to challenge each other to identify the best solutions, and do so with a “positive tension.” A lot of our work requires tough decisions and critical deadlines, so humor and levity are needed. I love clients who can pepper in some laughter and fun for those long days and late nights during crunch time.
Q. What keeps you up at night?
Nothing keeps me up at night because I leave it all on the field. I give my all every day and have no regrets.
Q. Describe your work style.

My approach is to be laser-focused on how we can meet clients where they are and help them get to where they want to go. From addressing operational challenges to providing strategy for digital transformation, I’ve helped organizations with performance and profitability, finding ways to keep their business engine running as well as identifying risks and opportunities for the future. I enjoy getting leadership teams to collaborate and be on board together, no matter the type of challenge we’re working on.

Q. What’s your proudest moment?
Seeing my kids succeed in the things that they do well.
