Mike is a licensed general contractor and has over 25 years of experience in general construction, construction cost estimating, real estate brokerage, construction management and cost segregation.
Mike’s cost segregation experience includes a wide array of analyses for various types of facilities including industrial, residential rental, manufacturing, retail, banking, hospitality, data centers and specialized manufacturing facilities. His experience also includes energy incentive projects.
Prior to working in financial services, Mike’s responsibilities included budget development, pre-construction cost engineering, project coordination and general management of construction and real estate development projects. He holds an undergraduate degree in business management along with an MBA and is a veteran of the United States Army.
