Meet Mark

Mark Cummings is Armanino’s Southern California State and Local Tax (SALT) practice leader and the firm’s quality assurance reviewer for state income taxes. He has spent 30 years in public accounting and over 7 years working for two Fortune 500 companies. His focus is on state income and franchise tax planning, audit defense, State and Local Tax technical reviews, state due diligence reviews, corporate restructurings and tax provisions. Mark serves a variety of industries such as entertainment, high-tech, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, and SaaS companies.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his BS in business administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
