Bio
Kristina has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. As part of the Private Client Advisors group at Armanino, Kristina provides tax and consulting services to family groups and their respective advisors, assisting them in all aspects of estate and income tax planning. Her expertise is in matters surrounding succession planning, estate planning, and income tax planning as it pertains to the family and their family-owned businesses and the resulting income tax implications.
Prior to joining Armanino, Kristina served as a senior tax manager at Moss Adams, where she was the leader of the Southern California Estate Planning Group.
Kristina has a BS in Business Administration, with emphasis on accounting, from the University of Washington, and an MBT from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Los Angeles Estate Planning Council and the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council.
