Katrina works with clients in the technology, life sciences, consumer products and manufacturing industries, with expertise in IPO readiness and pro-forma financial statements, including the UP-C IPO. As a trusted business advisor, she establishes and promotes relationships within tax department leadership, emphasizing communication to understand business strategy and innovation. Katrina helps clients improve the business function between tax and other stakeholders, including accounting and finance, treasury, human resources, and the C suite.
Katrina specializes in Subchapter K compliance, including reporting for 199A, interest limitation rules and domestic and foreign operations. Her experience includes operating partnerships with complex income and liability allocations, as well as basis tracking, transaction modeling, tax distribution computations and non-residential withholding. She also provides guidance for clients with IRS audits and resulting amended return filings, including Administrative Adjustment Requests under the Bipartisan Budget Act.
