Jason supports clients in the real estate and cannabis industries with full-service tax and advisory assistance. Among his many specialties include complex tax matters, corporate structuring, M&A consulting and due diligence, real estate including real estate brokers and REITs, family office and investment funds, cannabis and 280E compliance.
An out-of-the-box thinker who consistently innovates creative solutions, Jason advises clients through all aspects of their business from initial structuring to sale or merger and everything in between. Jason reviews operating agreements; provides tax compliance and consulting, purchase and sale due diligence; and provides financial statement services. Working extensively with high-net-worth families heavily invested in real estate and corporate real estate entities, including REITs, Jason provides value-added leadership to clients’ challenges and compliance. Combining his tax and advisory experience with his industry knowledge, Jason provides clients with valuable ideas and works with clients to make those ideas a reality thanks to his ability to bypass roadblocks and challenges within the client’s organization.
