With a strong foundation, he has undertaken a plethora of client challenges ranging from successfully submitting I.R.S. private letter rulings to planning and overseeing delicate internal reorganizations. Eugene has acquired a wealth of knowledge at Armanino LLP, Squar Milner LLP and other mid-sized regional firms within the Bay Area.
Eugene holds a bachelor’s degree in management science from U.C. California: San Diego and a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
