He specializes in valuation opinions related to financial reporting, stock compensation, complex securities, derivatives, and performance awards. He serves a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including software, hardware, biotechnology, manufacturing, entertainment, retail, and construction. He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
