Caleb leads the firm’s National Private Equity & Asset Management Tax Practice. He has deep expertise working with closed and open-ended fund structures, including alternative investments as well as their management team and portfolio companies. His creative approach achieves the best possible outcome through proactive planning and highly effective tax strategy. Caleb also works closely with general partners and owners as individuals to advise them on personal, trust and estate tax planning. The coordination between fund level and individual tax planning is a unique offering that maximizes overall tax efficiency for the owners and general partners on a personal level.
